When you submit a form on this page, CALM Healing collects the information you provide (name, email, phone number, and optionally the area of your pain) so we can contact you to schedule your appointment.

If you enter your email but don't finish the form, we may send you one reminder email about the offer. After you submit, we send a confirmation email. You can reply “unsubscribe” to any email to stop receiving them.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you about your appointment and, if you opt in, to send you text messages. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Advertising measurement

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our ads. It may use cookies to record page visits and form submissions. Health information you share with us (such as your pain area) is not sent to Meta.
